Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. To be eligible for any of these you must:
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery 
- Dispatch the item back to us: within 14 days
- Once item is received we will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 Days.
Cancellations 
- Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damages or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised items
- intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), such as earrings for instance. 
Conditions of return
If you want to return an items to us, please contact us and let us know before hand and why you want to return it. Once you contact us we will provide you with the returning address. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the item(s) has been received in good condition we will issue a refund straight away and the money will be refunded to the original payment method within a few working days. 
Conditions for exchanges
In the event that you would like to exchange your item(s), please contact us and let us know before returning your items to us.
Once you contact us we will provide you with the returning address. We do not accept exchanges for any custom/personalised items or intimate items. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once received we will proceed with the exchange and do whatever is necessary complete the exchange, if that being sending out a different sized product or whatever we come to a conclusion about when you initially contact us. 

Conditions for cancelations
Contact us and request to cancel your order before it's dispatched. 
We do not accept cancellations once an item has been processed and dispatched, however you can return the item in its original condition if you no longer want it. And once we've received it in it's original condition, you'll be reimbursed. You must cover your own postage costs when sending the item(s) back to us.
